Making A Purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy add to the shopping cart.

After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit or debit card payments online for immediate despatch. Cheques are subject to clearance of funds.

Payment:

We accept Visa,Mastercard,Switch,Delta & Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to deliver. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the 128 bit Encrypted Secure SSL Internet shopping cart (this is indicated by the Thwaite certificate on the bottom of the screen). Telephones are manned Mon-Sat 9.00-5.30 and Sunday 10.00-4.00.

Delivery:

Our Products are dispatched same day if ordered before 3.30pm (except Weekends).

Any damage or incomplete or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery,we accept no liability after this period. If goods missing or broken please call 0870 2427370

Delivery Method:

We use courier for next day delivery for larger items and Registered 1st class Mail for smaller items.

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will back notify you. You will be given an estimated delivery and if not acceptable the order may be cancelled.

Tax Charges:

Vat is charged at the rates set by Custom and Excise in the UK. The current standard rate is 17.5%

Guarantee:

All new Cash registers come 12 month manufacturers warranty .Warranty on used machines as indicated.

Privacy Policy:

Perfect Solutions do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than to the couriers for delivery purposes.

Returns Policy:

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the product with all manuals,attachments and packaging to ourselves with 7 days of purchase.We will not accept any returns not in original packaging. Please keep all box`s and packaging in event of a fault. Any damage or incomplete or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery,we accept no liability after this period.
